Looks like the frost valve is broken or not working on solar panels and hence water is leaking from roof into stormwater drain. This is a double storey house. I am looking for someone to come and replace the solar gas water frost valve. The price includes the cost of the new valve as well.

My Chromagen Gas boosted hot water is giving luke warm water. I have checked the PTR valve, adeqately hot water drains out. What I have noticed is the gas booster turns on when we open the water faucet inside to the hottest position and after 15 to 30 secs ,it turns off automatically though the faucet is still open at that hot position.
