Unfortunately the wooden base that my hot water system sit on has eroded (probably due to water leaking on it), causing the whole system to sag. I need someone to supply and fit a new base for the system to sit on. In terms of fitment I’m not sure if the whole system will need to be removed and then reinstalled in order for a new base to be installed, or if a new base could potentially slide under the existing one without removing the system. If it does need to be removed then a handyman with some plumbing experience would probably be preferred, as various pipes and hoses will need to be removed also in order to move the system out when a new base is installed.

We have a potential leak from our pressure valve on the hot water system. It leaks 24/7, regardless of whether the hot water system has been in use. We require someone to assess if this leaking is more than expected and diagnose the issue (if there is one), and also to attach the valve to the drainpipe.
