Tenant has made sure that the hose from their washing machine is plugged in properly, however, still leaking. (Once fixed please advise if this is due to tenant not connecting properly.) - External door leading to backyard cannot be open/shut with key provided. Im updating a vanity, existing outlets and drainage already there, just need them moved about 500mm, then sink+tap connected after joinery/stonetop installed. Old sink has already been disconnected from drain, no cabinetry in the way, plaster cut out from wall. Must be a registered plumber and provide invoice. **there is 100mm space below cabinets for drain. Only needs to be moved roughly 500mm so should be enough space. Later in the week is a preferable time
