Looking for the following work to be completed at a ground floor apartment in Kingston: 1. Adjust/replace toilet flush button/seal to stop continual flow of water in toilet (not a plumbing job, just a handyman job) 2. Inspect dead/dying tree to determine cause and identify and implement fix if possible. 3. Inspect reticulated watering system for function/leaks and repair where required. 4. From the photos, where the blue Teflon tape is there is a slight leak. Everything else is connected fine. I need someone to fix it. Would like someone on Monday, but any day after work is fine. I am also looking at installing a t adapter to the water supply for a mini bidet (adapter pictured). This part needs to be screwed into the tap directly and that's the only part I need done. It just needs to fit. I have a spare connector tube and a spare inlet valve system which can be used if need be. But happy to pay for any extra parts needed.
