I have a gas ducted heater (the brand and model are listed in the title). It has been working fine until yesterday when it stopped working. The error code displayed on the panel is "-07". I checked the manual, and "07" means the ignition cannot be started. However, the gas stove in my house is working fine, so it's definitely not a gas supply issue. Therefore, it needs diagnosis and resolution. I asked the previous house owner, and it's possible that it's because of "a problem with the 'flame sensor part' that gets dirty". The machine was installed in April 2014, and it looks to be in good shape overall. I'm attaching the error code by the image
