Have existing gas installed and a line that runs on the opposite side of the house for gas heaters. Wishing to swap from electric stove-top to a gas stove-top and need a gas line to be run and installed to the kitchen. The gas meter is on the same side of the house as the kitchen and is ~10-15mtrs from it.

I have a delonghi electric oven - the fan doesn’t work and there seems to be a problem with the temperature. It doesn’t get super hot even on 200 degrees.
