Find an experienced plumber in Freshwater

Seeking a licensed and insured plumber to change kitchen tap today or tomorrow from the current one (see photos attached) to the new "rounded euro pull out spray kitchen tap" I have bought (see link for details, dimensions etc: https://www.templeandwebster.com.au/Rounded-Euro-Pull-Out-Spray-Kitchen-Tap-LUSH1328.html). The mixer tap in the shower is now quite old and not so it's easy to adjust the hot/cold/water pressure so I think the mixer cartridge needs replacing. However, I have been advised that this kind of cartridge is old and a matching replacement cartridge may not be able to be found easily. I don't know if this is true or not. I suspect not. Anyway, I'm therefore not sure if this is just a cartridge replacement job or the entire mixer needs to be changed. (A bigger job) Perhaps you can quote me just the labour cost of replacing the mixer and then we can chat from there about further payment if the mixer also needs to be done. Obviously I will pay for materials such as cartridge or mixer, as needed. Thanks
