Our kitchen sink is blocked. Water not draining down. Tried the unblocking products, but didnt work.

Need to diagnose and fix water leak which most recently occurred with heavy rain a month or so ago, and was dripping from the ceiling below this dormer window/skyloght section. Issue has been ongoing for many years without anyone find and fixing properly. Note the skylights were installed a few years ago and the leak was present even before that, so while they may be contributing, water was also getting in prior. Need to flood test after rectification works.

Hot and cold water connection and pumped drain connection to be done for pedicure chair. Back side walls are brick wall and toilet basin is nearly 7 meters away

Tap is leaking, won’t turn off fully and is causing hose to leak continually

Single story building only, does not have access to power or water from outside for this task so a generator driven pressure sprayer and water supply would be ideal. Facia is a ridged metal surface.
