Upstairs bathroom leaking. Noticed mould on downstairs ceiling and mould right under where bathroom is upstairs. Someone to fix the issue in bathroom see where the Leakage is and fix ceiling. Or someone to come and have a look to find out where is the leakage from. Thanks

Hi I bought a new kitchen sink and tap. Plumber has to remove old kitchen sink and tap plus drill a hole for the new kitchen sink and install sink plus new tap. Wooden bench top. Sink has almost same measurements as the old one.

We have two bathrooms upstairs and both are having leaks downstairs in separate areas downstairs. Require a plumber to resolve the problem.

1. Kitchen tap - the top has come off, please refer to image for more details. The tap has hot and cold water. Need to replace the kitchen sink tap. 2. Bathroom basin tap. The tap has to be changed with similar one or the top has to be fixed on the current one. Also a seperate issue it leaks from the bottom randomly at times and only stops when we turn the supply for this tap off. Not sure if it’s due to water pressure.
