Need service Water leaking detection

I have two toilets that one of them is burping. Also the drainage of water in the hand basin is poor. Yesterday I used washing machine, that is linked to the same pipe and water came out of the kitchen sink. Had a plumber today, and he suggested to use CCTV and high pressure jet service to remove any clog. I am located in Donvale.

First need to conduct the camera inspection of the storm drain and other pipes around the house. I believe there is storm drain pipe that needs to be replaced in the backyard. Also need to add put in additional drains and drain points in the backyard and front yard of the property to connect to main storm drain so the water drainage around the house is all compliant. Existing drainage around the house is not sufficient enough to flush out all rain water to the storm drain so need additional drainage points to ensure water is not getting absorbed by the soil and cause structural movement.

I did start bathroom renovation but later came to know that person who did plumbing for new toilet addition is Handyman not licensed so I had to asked him to go. Now when I looked at new 100mm pipe run for toilet ,the pipe does not have proper slope it is coming backwards and has bend.
