Ian was a good plumber and knew what he was doing; however, he was 3 hours late past his assigned time and left mid project to attend an emergency. Not withstanding, he was efgiceientmupin his return and finished project within an hour, though cutting it short for my expected guests. Since this project had been assigned for 9am at Ian’s request, I felt I had plenty of time to finish painting bathroom before guests arrived, alas it was not to be. Perhaps one thing Ian could improve upon would be to be more mindful or sensitive of others schedules, since we all lead very busy lives. Thanks Ian, for returning and completing the job.
