Find an experienced plumber in Caulfield North

I have a roughly 15 m long run of very old terracotta sewer that blocks up every 2 years or so. The sewer passes close to a row of 3 m high trees. There is an easy access point with plenty of working space. The access point is around 35 m from the street / driveway

A few tasks - (i) change bathroom basin tap ( already purchased) (ii) Whistling toilet please fix (iii) Roof Leaks due to the rain. Looking for someone to complete these tasks.

One day's work (7.5hrs) required by registered plumber in caulfield north to fit pex multi piping & fittings as well as copper to house. materials to be paid by me.

I need a quote to clear Storm water terracotta pipes which are blocked with roots and soil in caulfield north. there are 5 downpipes (2 unblocked), a pit in the driveway, an additional access point and access to storm water pipe in nature strip.

My tap on my kitchen sink is loose and there is some minor leaking/water dribbling. I need someone who can come and retighten the tap and also the various inlets to stop the very minor water leakage/dribbling

Partially blocked sewage drain needs snaking from outside & any matter removed, please. Known issue that re-occurs and usual plumber is on hols, of course! :)

Mixer Tap spout replacement. The older taps spout is broken.

Drain pump rattles when draining producing error. Possibly needs replacing or an obstruction within the pump removed.

Our villa unit bathroom shower located in Caulfield North has been experiencing issues with grout popping out for a number of years. After failed attempts to regrout some tiles have started to sink around the drain. I've gone underneath the property and found water is getting through and hitting the timber frame. The frame doesn't appear to be rotting and is still solid but very damp. We need a professional in bathroom shower repair, tiling, waterproofing to come out and fix this and retile. Photos attached. Given the nature of the issue we would like this ideally tackled in the next 3-4 weeks. We are open to installing a shower tray or keeping this as a walk-in shower. Priority is for this area to be water tight and understand whether one option would be more cost-effective over the other. Any questions please let me know. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 12 March 2024

I am moving into my new apartment soon and it comes with a pre-installed rainshower that attaches directly to the top of the shower area. We would like to install a normal showerhead so that it is easier to bathe our toddler. Plumbing and drilling would most likely be needed. This post is to seek professional advice on the work that we would most likely require and the suitable shower heads to buy.
