Need an experienced Plumber who can fix this toilet. The toilet has a weak flush, takes a very very long time to refill after flush and now continually has water running. The white part on the left hand side in the picture has water spurting out of the top of the part, which doesnt stop even when the water level is full, it just continues to flow and then overflows into the toilet bowl. The toilet is almost 30 years old, so may also need new parts.
