I need to re-tile the laundry wall but also put new taps in for the sink and laundry. I need advice on this before I can tile as I am deciding between tile-over-tile and remove and re-gyprock. But unsure if pipes are too recessed for tile over tile. So would need advice first with possibly removing existing taps, then come back at a later date for new tap installation.

In my laundry room i have a standard wal mounter tap set. I want to replace it with a swivel type knob for convenience.

Install Toilet jet in the toilet

Require check on rainwater tank and toilet bowl water. 1. My rainwater tank motor is running continuously. Not sure if its pressure issue? It keeps running, turns OFF for 1-2 seconds and turns ON again. 2. Also, when I flush my toilet, the water in toilet bowl acts wierd and does not fill water properly. Both these issue happened at the same time. The rain water is used in the toilet flush. 3. Need to change shower pipe. We will have a new shower pipe similar to our current one. 4. Need to check and clean (if required) the drain in shower. Sometimes the water does not flowin drain and we have to use the plunger.
