Hey by bathroom sink is leaking water underneath. And constantly drips from the tap. I'm told it's a fairly easy fix but I don't know what I need.

Pizza shop Kitchen tap replacement x 2

Old toilet to be replaced with caroma luna. Bottom inlet, sits on tiles. May need to move tap slightly over to side.

see attached photo.. the water is coming on the toilet from flush tank (i guess). the tap next to the toilet is tightly closed but still water coming.. need to fix this.. if needs replacing parts please advise what parts and total price.. will only be paid if toilet is fully fixed. happy to send video via sms

Existing membrane is leaking. And water is leaking into the the basement. Membrane and trough needs to be replaced.

Drainage pipe on the back of the house (outside) is leaking. When hot water supply is turned off at the main gas water heater, leak stops.
