I have 3 bathrooms in the house. The water temperature of the other two bathroom are normal. But the water temperature master bedroom bathroom is very low. There are two shower heads and three water taps in this bathroom. All of them are not hot at all. a plumber told me I need to replace my 8 year old water heater . Need to replace the silicone sealant around the shower. It was done recently with the mould cleared out, but it wasn't done properly so it needs to be cut out and replaced with new sealant. See photos for the silicone that is there currently, it's quite bumpy and messy and hasn't sealed the shower properly. Preferable to use a clear, mould free silicone such as Selleys Wet Area https://www.selleys.com.au/products/sealants/selleys-wet-area-silicone/. There's also a leak in the shower screen (I think?) that needs to be fixed, not sure how that would be done exactly though. Perhaps it's with sealant, or maybe something else. - Due date: Flexible

New benchtop installed today - just need the kitchen tap sorted - I tried myself to reconnect .. not so successful.. and gas hot plate reconnected

The silicone sealant throughout the shower has gotten mould underneath and needs to be properly replaced with a clear / wet silicone sealant with the mould cleaned out. The shower also has a leak which I have found the cause of which will need to be fixed somehow (maybe a sealant over it?). See the first photo for location of the leak. - Due date: Flexible

These plastic toilets were installed in 1983 so are looking their age. Still function ok. We need to freshen the house up so would like to either (a) replace the whole toilet, (b) just replace cistern and seat. Which ever is easier and more cost effective.
