Pilot light won’t stay on for no hot water

My Electrolux front loader has a slow leak. Only came on today and sems it is also not kicking over to spin

The neighbour of my investment property believes there is a leak coming from my place into his backyard. There is a tap and piping on my boundary side which could be the cause, but I am not sure. Task is to identify and resolve the issue. Thanks! Some photos attached.

We are currently looking for a licensed plumber for our restaurant to sort out the following issues. 1. The beer making machine needs to be disconnected 2. Replace a cracked pipe for our dishwasher. There is water dripping out from the pipe. 3. There is a strong smelly smell coming from the toilet. The toilet is not blocked, we do clean the toilet as frequently as possible, but the smell still exists no matter how clean the toilet is. So we do need someone with good experience to investigate this problem and solve it. Please supply all tools and materials. Thanks.

I have few maintenance to do , see all list of tasks below, if you cannot do them all, please let me know which ones you can do and can't do and send me quote. Access is only available on fridays, so hoping we can make it work. 1) replace kitchen tap as it is loose. - replace with one purchased from bunnings 2) upstairs basin tap seem to be leaking from side - replace with one purchased from bunnings 3) downstairs toilet basin tap is loose- replace with one purchased from bunnings 4) drill door knock on entry door 5) downstairs toilet door handle to be fixed or replaced with one purchased from bunnings 6) pantry door ledge the silver bit at the bottom keeps coming off - need to replace maybe but we don't have anything to replace with. 7) add lock to one of bedroom - with one purchased from bunnings 8) shower sealing - to put seal on cracked areas in shower and around drain is also cracked 9) Regrout basin area 10) water stains from shower leak plaster replacement - plumber said no more leak, no mold . but i’d like second opinion before closing small holes created by plumber that came. replace the plaster on ceiling damaged from water leak - Due date: Needs to be done on Friday, 13 October 2023
