I need pipes plumbed in to a sink in the laundry room. Parts will be provided.

I have a new toilet I would like installed . It is an on wall system. I could move the day forward or back a day also.

Take off old toilet seat and replace with new seat. I can’t unscrew the bolts on the old one… I have bought new seat. See pics

Leaking washing machine tap and water main tap not closing off

We have a hideaway cistern toilet where the flush valve is broken and doesn't fill the water cistern so you can't flush the toilet. We have stopped the water from flowing by turning off the tap at the top of the toilet and have been using a bucket to flush the toilet. The float for the toilet is functioning fine. We need either the flush to be fixed or if its more cost effective to replace the whole cistern system we would like options for this as well. Spa is losing water slowly through Hydromassage bathtub pump. Seals need to be replaced.
