The main toilet run must be completed in 1 day (second photo) yet the others (laundry, kitchen, second toilet) can be any time. The section under concrete is a straight 6m segment of terracotta but instead of removal a new 10cm pvc pipe can be pushed through the 16cm terracotta pipe to the boundary trap inspection port (any roots inside here may need cleaning out, and for easier pvc entry the soft soil yard clearence may need to be dug up). Total length of all pipes is about 20m. The main toilet is pvc up to 10cm behind brickwork in blue highlight, last photo, needs to be cut through 1 layer brick to connect the new pvc. .

The kitchen sink is blocked, checked the U pipe and it was okay, so should be blocked down in the drainage pipe. Would require some tools like plumbing snake or high pressure jet to unblock it I guess.
