Need to install a new cistern onto an existing toilet I have the cistern. May need a new pipe Would also like to talk about a new bathroom tap.

In need of a plumber for the selection and installation of 2x suitable toilet pans and 1x shower head

Tap fitting / mixer has come loose. Difficult to access fixture - I have tightened it before but came loose again within a week

With have a low flow when water in evacuating via our sink which cause the water to come out of the floor drain when too much water is put in the sink . We also have an awful smell that seem to come from either the pipes or grease trap despite the fact that the grease trap is being regularly cleaned.
