Connect 4 meters of copper pipe to sink from pipe outside. Cold water only. Install a flue for a wood fire heater Move water heater directly out side from where it is located internally, Change tap fittings x 2, and install basin where water heater was.

Install Rangehood in kitchen above Cooktop and remove old one. It is the same dimensions as old unit and it has a hole in the top centre which will line up with tube through cupboard. Change over the hot and cold tap handles on the shower and bath.
