As part of an aircon replacement, the installer had to cut a long, narrow hole in the wall for new pipes. We need this hole patched and painted.

Approx 6m sq or double garage ceiling needs doing.

I need someone to repair the picture damage from an old water leak upstairs. The quote needs to include covering all three areas with top coat, sanding back and painting. I have ceiling paint.

An internal stud wall has a double doorway in it. I’d like to remove te doos and rebuild the the wall. The work will include removing doors and stripping off the wall features around it, then build stud wall, plaster it, fill-in all imperfections and then paint the wall that’s been created and all the wall around it, on both sides. I’ve added images of the doorway that needs a new stud wall. I’ll remove the doors and job includes removing existing fixtures, building stud-wall, new trim, plastering and paint - I’ll supply paint. We take possession of the property on May 24th, and then need the job completed asap after that -ideally Sat 25th May to Tue 28th May.

Mount metal rail framing for flexi solutions shelf frame onto wall. Top and side rails to be drilled into wall, then shelves brackets are hung from rails. Need to have experience drilling into plastered brick wall and using plastic plugs.

Require cornice repair or replacement prior to wardrobe installation. See photos.

Wall damage from command strips, will require plaster and paint. Matched paint will be provided to touch up the wall.

I need someone / a team to scrape dried plaster off this open-plan space. The plasterers did not protect the floor and blobs fell and dried all over it as you can see. The floor will need to be free of plaster before sanding. You’ll probably need to vacuum and mop at the end also.

In order to fix a leak, a section of drywall was needed to be removed below the Air Conditioning unit so this cut out needs to be repaired. Section is approx 30cm x 40cm and I have kept the original plaster pieces if needed. Area needs to repaired/sanded/etc ready for repainting. Location is CBD near Southern Cross Station but parking is available on site if you have a small van or similar
