Our garage ceiling has sagged/dropped and I have stabilised it myself, we have had a quote but it cannot be done until after Xmas and we would like it done sooner, the garage is a double garage so approximately 6 metres x 6 metres and you will need to take the old ceiling down and install a new one properly as this disaster is due to faulty workmanship, you need to supply all materials including plaster, we will have the garage cleared up not as it is in the photos, the $2500 I have posted is based on the absolute Maximum it would cost as quoted after inspection by a local plasterer ( he quoted $3500 maximum ) and we need to negotiate as he was going to do a complete job including rubbish removal/ painting and some alterations on the original work and most likely charge under $3500, this is our first time using this site but we are very honest and fair and look forward to meeting and getting a quote done and perhaps using you for future work thanks for reading our listing. - Due date: Before Monday, 25 December 2023
