Need an experienced plasterer & painter who can fix 2 holes as shown in the pictures to a perfect condition. - This is an end of lease repair so it's crucial to ensure the repaired & painted holes are not noticeable from the surrounding wall. - Both the holes are approximately 20cm x 20cm. - Please bring your own tools and supplies including paint. - One of the holes was repaired with a DIY kit previously so needs to be redone. - Flexible with the date and time for this repair however the sooner the better. - Due date: Flexible

Hi, I'm looking for an electrician to move a light switch to a different wall in preparation for that non-load bearing wall to be removed. There seems not to be enough slack in the wire in the roof for the plasterers to drop it in it without disconnecting/extending. I'll cut the plaster in any way needed to move the switch, and then the builders will come in and clean it up after the point is moved so they have a clear run to do the wall removal and plastering in one day. If there is an easier place for the light switch to be im flexible just cant be on the wall that's going. Pic attached, let me know if you have any questions. 2 storey town house.

Just moved in to a new house but want somebody to do a wash of the walls due to there being a few marks on them from previous owner. - Due date: Flexible

As per title, 3x cuts in wall and water damaged ceiling to be re-plastered. Plus some minor damage to plaster to be fixed. Water damaged ceiling = Approx 1.5m x 1.2. It seems to follow some sort of pipe between levels and there’s 3 distinct lines.

We currently have a butler’s hatch between our kitchen and dining room which we don’t want. We need the architrave (?) around the hatch removed, the sliding door can stay where it is, and plaster board put in so we have a flush wall ready to paint. The size of the hatch is 500mm x 580mm

There are 4 columns and two walls an entrance foyer and large kitchen that needs ceiling plaster and possibly a bulk head.

Plaster hole where old air conditioning unit is being removed. Hole in wall is approx 550mm x 950mm and about 2.7m from the floor at its highest so will require a ladder. Looking for a professional job not just a quick patch up. I’m happy to pain but need to be left with a clean smooth finish.

We need our old air conditioner unit removed and brick work and plaster work completed. A Tasker started the job and decided it was too heavy as he only had a ladder and it’s 2.5-3m off the ground. We have the bricks required but you will need to match the mortar colour and supply your own mortar and everything required for the plasterwork. You may need scaffolding and/or two people. We are looking for a neat job by a skilled tradesman not a quick fix patch up. Also want old unit and other waste taken off site. Thank you.
