1.2 x 1.2m hole in garage ceiling needs patching

I’m looking for a qualified plasterer to tape and sand all movement cracks around the house in preparation for painting. (Approx 12 long ones (1-2m)). We have tall walls due high wooden ceilings so will need to have your own ladder. In addition, two small holes to fill - one about 8x8cm and one 20x20cm (created from old PowerPoint and electronics being removed). Date flexible- need this completed before the end of the year if possible.

There are multiple deep scratches/gouges in many places in our plaster from dogs. Need fixing within 2 weeks. Negotiable on payment.
