We have a room under the house that needs some plaster repair so we can repaint. The wall is in king of bad shape and needs a bit of scraping back before it can be fixed. There is about 16m2 from my calculation. I have included photos of the worst wall. Couldn't figure out how to not have them on their side. Hi, I have a rectangular room which will be completed to lock-up by next Monday. It has an internal wall which divides the laundry space from the kitchen. The laundry measures 1325mm x 2250mm. The internal wall needs to have a supplied ezy jamb pocket door installed. The rest of the room measures 6700mm x 2350mm. This room has a total of 4 above bench height windows and 2 wide door openings (both door openings approximately 1800mm wide. I will need to have 1 set of the old sliding internal doors removed and walls smooth plastered “made good” around the frame. Also required, all usual finishing- gyprock, plastering, installation of roof and wall insulation, skirtings, and a small stoop repair where the old room meets new. Happy to send more info as required.
