As seen in the pick, the wall has been cut to put in an aircon drain. This needs to be closed please. If possible paint with the same colour as well. The hole is roughly 2in height and 10in width.

We have two small holes that needs to be plastered- then come back to sand and paint, plus a number of things that need to be hung. Specifically, 1 mirror, 10 to 12 pictures, and 2 floating shelves.

I have a laundry area that needs re plastering as the old wall has been water damaged behind where the laundry sink used to sit. I’d like to remove and replace the plaster wall on the corner of the room from about 10cm above the tiles and about 10cm from the edge of where the the sink was removed. I’ve highlighted this in one of the photos. This includes the areas around the tap. Additionally there are two holes on the other side of the room where the old hot water system used to sit which I just want tidied up. I’ve posted photos of these too. I’ll deal with the paint and tiling afterwards so this job would just be regarding the plastering work. Not 100% on price, but looking forward to hearing from you and your quotes. Cheers, Arne
