Cornice and light fixture need plaster and painting in kitchen

The ceiling area (highlighted in red in the photo) for this plaster job is roughly 38m2 close to the garage door. I am not looking for repair on existing sagging ceiling, This job will need new gyprock for the ceiling. The current ceiling area is sagging due to heat and moisture. There are 3 small holes on other bedroom walls. Please see the second photo. The holes come from an electrician's work earlier. If you can fill up the hole and paint, that would be great.

Small patch of wall has been plastered, about 6 months ago but I need the wall evened out and sanded down
