I have a shallow exposed brick and metal frame cavity in my living room where an old defunct gas heater was removed. I would like this to be plastered in an arched niche fashion (similar to this: https://centsationalstyle.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/bathroom-arched-niche-768x974.jpg ). The cavity is floor to ceiling (approx 2.4m height and 47cm wide) but the top part just needs to be sealed up and the cornice replaced. No painting is required. I need someone to replace a swing door and add in a cavity slider in its place.Its a bathroom door between master & Ensuite. Existing door is quite high (2500mmH) so wall would need framing and sheeting/plaster/insulated as needed to where there is a height difference between the old door and the new cavity slider. We are having the ensuite cosmetically updated so we need this work done before the tiler starts. I can purchase all items needed at bunnings and have it delivered if you give me the correct door I need to purchase. Hi, we need 2 pendant lights installed in some meeting rooms at our office. It’s 1970s style plaster ceilings with a small space above. There’s access to get into the roof, but it’s very small. The pendants don’t need separate light switches, they can be turned on /off at the same time as the existing lights. The ceilings have new LED panels (that replaced fluro lights). It’s a 1970s office building. 1 storey. We are on the 1st floor with nothing above us. It’s 3-phase power. I’ll attach photos of the lights, the ceilings & the power switchboard. We have a roughly 22 square meter room and I need to install the plasterboard onto the ceiling. I’m happy to assist with this. The plasterboard and all materials are already at my place and ready to go. I don’t need the mudding to be done, just install the plasterboard. Ideally someone who is able to bring along a plaster screw gun. I’ll try and cut up and measure as much as I can prior to arrival. I reckon it will only take an hour.
