Hi, we need 2 pendant lights installed in some meeting rooms at our office. It’s 1970s style plaster ceilings with a small space above. There’s access to get into the roof, but it’s very small. The pendants don’t need separate light switches, they can be turned on /off at the same time as the existing lights. The ceilings have new LED panels (that replaced fluro lights). It’s a 1970s office building. 1 storey. We are on the 1st floor with nothing above us. It’s 3-phase power. I’ll attach photos of the lights, the ceilings & the power switchboard. We have a roughly 22 square meter room and I need to install the plasterboard onto the ceiling. I’m happy to assist with this. The plasterboard and all materials are already at my place and ready to go. I don’t need the mudding to be done, just install the plasterboard. Ideally someone who is able to bring along a plaster screw gun. I’ll try and cut up and measure as much as I can prior to arrival. I reckon it will only take an hour. I am changing the splashback in my kitchen so need a solid shelve on both side of the fan. The wall is concrete (bricks) The first photo is the wall where the shelve will go ( in red) And the second one is the kitchen ( ONE shelve will be on both sides of the fan ) and third photo one an example of what I intend to do after . The stone mason will put the stone later on. ( will slip it on the shelve) Shelve will be about 70 Cm long and 24-30 Cm wide and 20-30 mm thick Happy to pay for the material ( wood required ) for the shelve . ( with receipt ) Also happy for you to be in contact with the stone mason to better understand the requirements for the shelve .
