Videographer requirements: • Registration desk and guest arrival shots • ALL speakers and panelists during presentations – please ensure event branding is captured • The presentations capturedsuch a way that we can use this for future marketing activities (both in full and in snippet form) • Breakout rooms with delegates viewing the presentation – full room, wide-angle shots, and close-ups. • Stage photos with the room looking busy, long shots so you can see the entire room, screens and stage sign. • Lunch and tea breaks of delegates interacting as well as images of catering • Exhibition trade display - exhibitors particularly whilst they are talking to delegates • People shaking hands if possible/engaging • Signage – capture both printed and digital signage • Focus Network Team where possible, especially interacting with delegates • 1-1 Meeting room - of people talking and engaging with delegates • Roundtable Rooms – these go on for 40mins with 3-4 concurrent sessions, and images of all sessions. There are 2 slots over the day, so they all need to be captured. (across both streams) • Networking drinks • General impressions of people networking and enjoying the night • Short vendor and delegate testimonials: separate camera to be set up to be able to hold quick (3 minute) interviews with vendors and delegates o Aim for an interview with each vendor o Aim for 10 delegate testimonials per stream (20 in total) - Due date: Needs to be done on Wednesday, 17 May 2023
