We run a program called High Performance Father and organise small catchups in person. We have an event on Sunday morning at a gym in Richmond where we have a mindset talk together as a group, followed by a training session then breakfast at a cafe. There will be around 22 of us with the following schedule: 8am - Mindset talk 9am - Training Session 10am - Breakfast What i need is someone to film this and also take photos for content and marketing purposes with good quality gear, including audio. Film and shoot the sessions and a short 30 sec "how is HPF helping you?" with the members who participate. We have a full editing and marketing team in place, all i need is someone with good gear to film/shoot the morning. I know it’s last minute, but a friend is having a 40th and didn’t hire a photographer because they’re having a baby - thought this would be a great gift. It’s only 90-120 mins of work from 6:30pm - 8 or 8:30pm. People start arriving at 6:30pm for the birthday boy to arrive at 7pm sharp - it’s just taking pics of about 50 people in costumes on a red carpet like entrance.
