At the event, they’ll take both posed and candid photos of the guests - as well as photos of the setting, decorations, and food. That way, you’ll have a range of different pictures of the special occasion.
Here’s what you can expect from the most common event photography services:
Wedding photography
Your wedding photographer may be hired for the entire day, or just parts of the wedding, like the ceremony, reception, and bridal party photos. Your photographer will guide you through your professional shots so that the end products include a range of different moments that are candid and capture the happy couple in their element. Once the photos have been edited, your photographer will send you high-resolution digital copies and talk you through your printing options, too.
Graduation and formal photography
You can hire a photographer for graduation or formal photos - either individual or group photos before the event, or photography during the event. Beforehand, they’ll organise everything they need to bring, asking you questions about the location, photo ideas, and venue. Later you can edit/stich those to make a highlight video of the event with suitable background music/songs which go nicely with the event.
