Hi We manage Airbnb properties across melbourne and do an inspection on guests exit on most properties before cleaners arrive. Need an extra team member to help out on ongoing basis across melbourne. Just need to drop into the property -inspect all areas -take photos - check for any damage or belongings left behind - if any rubbish left out take to the bins before cleaners arrive (some cases cleaning may not be scheduled on the same day) And just text over the info and opinion on the guest Represent our company in a professional way if owners arrive at the property and be well presented and professional Usually takes no more than 30 mins. Todays property is a two storey home - Due date: Flexible

This involves taking around 150/250 photos per property (using an app on your mobile phone)and writing comments .No experience needed, full training provided. 2 days work. Flexible on the days. Pay: You are paid per inspection of $80 each which takes around 90to 120 minutes including travel time each inspection . You will be doing approx 5 inspections on the day. Hi, we need pictures of a sign or building that says ‘Casey’ such as the ones attached (note these are of a different council but the idea is the same). You don't need to be a professional photographer, you just need to have a modern smartphone with a good camera. Perfect for someone who walks past a building / sign each day. The $25 task is just for a single image, for each additional image you get of a different building / sign, we’ll pay an extra $15 up to a maximum of $70 IN total. Each picture must say the ‘Casey’ , and they should all be a bit different. See some examples attached.
