Standard 6 ft Tropical Aquarium needs regular maintenance such as water changes, gravel cleaned, filter and glass clean, Need to know how often this would need to be done , time taken and cost.

I have a frog tank , 2 foot by 2 and a half foot long. It hasn’t been cleaned for 6 months and it needs a thorough clean.

Aquarium is roughly 180 litres, (3 ft long??) It is up higher than average (like 130 cm off the floor on a chest of drawers) I usually do the maintenance myself but have a knee injury. I use a step ladder to vac and remove water in buckets and then replace the water. I would really rather pay someone to do this. Needs gravel vac, water replacement and cleaning canister filter. Can provide more detailed information/photos etc to enquiries, Obviously only someone who is experienced with tropical aquariums/maintenance please. Have selected 30th but it does not need to be this day, just as soon as possible. I had no idea what to set rate as so I am completely open to discussion about this.
