I have a two-bedroom apartment in a 1970s brick apartment block. It is currently Airbnb, so it is essential to be there on a specific day & time as the place is nearly back-to-back. We have spotted some German roaches—not a huge number. The apartment is kept very clean, and the stays are mostly one—to two days.

Happy for you to come early in the morning or late in the evening when they are less active. Happy for the task to be done in the next 4 days.
