During these crazy COVID-19 times I’m looking for a PT to get me motivated with 2-3 sessions a week, ideally at Batman Park (st georges rd, Northcote). Either around 7am-ish or 5pm-ish. I’m terribly out of shape, so looking for someone motivational, creative with the workouts to keep it interesting but gentle and encouraging! No Sargent majors please! I’d like to work on general fitness, weight loss, strength and toning and flexibility. Basically I need to work on it all! Proposing the price for one session (trial) but then to roll this out for multiple future sessions.
