Hi, I’m looking for a face to face personal trainer, two 45-60min sessions a week on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 06:00am, Boronia Park. Looking to do 4 weeks and possibly ongoing. My goal is to drop weight, build muscle and get back to being active.
Friendly, personable and a great technical trainer, A G had a variety of equipment for use, very hygienic, equipment wiped down before use, an enjoyable training session, highly recommended and I’d definitely use A G again.
