I need help laying 120 400m x 400m concrete pavers for a courtyard the ground is prepared and has a base of river sand. It will need slight levelling. Then lay 120 concrete pavers in place

The task is for an experienced tradesperson to lay paving on top of road base/sand after leveling/sloping it in a pre-dug area ~ 1600m below the end paving line. Total area is ~35m2 Part 1 - Paving across the front of the house and around the eastern corner of the house to connect to existing concrete path (1m around corner). The paving area will meet the driveway on the western side, which will be slightly higher so a subtle slope needs considering in the first pavers on that side. Width of paving area = ~13m. Drains will be pre installed partially against the front of the eastern side of the house, wrapping around the corner to the desired level of the paving. A flower bed on the front eastern side will need to be considered too. Depth of paving = 3 pavers (sideways laid paving = 1600m + 100m for drainage = 1700mm). Part 2 - 900m wide path will connect to the eastern side and run 15m up to the road. An 8m sloping path will need to meet and run centrally within a 1m wide gate. Gradual steps to be built and paved up to road (7.5m). Gap required in between this path and driveway. Gap required as path will run straight vs the unstaight driveway. The gap will be filled with pebbles (supplied). The paving (600mm x 400mm sandblasted travertine), road base and sand will be onsite and accessible. I will be on-site throughout and be available to labour. I am fit but not skilled in trade. Part 1 can start now. Part 2 early May post fence/gate installation. See pics.

100 palings to be given 2 coats of paint. Very small section of wall to be pressure washed. Possible other task is to chlorine clean pavers which is simply to spray chlorine onto pavers. I will pay $30 per hour. Estimate 5 hrs. Total price will be determined when task finished.

Ag pipe installation from sloping lawn to take water away to water outlet. Pavers will required to be lifted to run pipe from lawn to outlet, then relayed. Currently due to water running off the lawn, pavers have subsided and hence water pools. Also need to lay a retainer wall and correct pavers to level. I have Ag pipe I have, other materials will be reimbursed.

I have a 5 x 5 m area on dirt that needs sand and paving slabs laid. I have the slabs, but not the sand

lift up and relay 3sqm of concrete pavers that are already laid and cut but some are uneven . The base needs to be extremely well prepared as this is the second time we have had to relay them . Please provide all supplies to relay them eg sand cement. No cutting or reshaping needed. Must be a professional job.

I am laying some pavers and need about 20cm of rock jack hammered out over about 3sqm. It’s sandstone and not very hard but a jackhammer is needed and I don’t have one. I need the rock removed to a level I can lay brick pavers. I don’t need the jack hammered material to be taken away. I would say it would take a few hours.

I am getting a concrete path taken up so I can get some drains fixed and want the pavers putting down once the plumber has finished

Relay 19 sq mtrs of pavers and lay 6 sq mtrs of pavers all materials provided. There is 1 corner of 1 paver to be cut and 1 side of 1 other paver to be cut. - Due date: Flexible

Rectangular section of the rear back yard roughly 8-10m x 5m. To use for a portal basketball ring and outdoor furniture. Thinking larger concrete pavers because of b ball use however open to suggestions. Bit of a slope that would be good to level out as much as possible but not crucial. Don't know the budget yet. It will depend on whether we get the pavers from the person doing the paving or we supply them (if it's a fair bit cheaper). Open to either option. Access to getting the dirt out is down the size of the house if needed.
