Find an experienced local painter in Outer East Melbourne

I need someone with a ladder and a brush to apply rust converter then two coats of water proofing and tape (I will supply rust converter, paint and tape) for a few small section of guttering today.

I'm looking for a painter to help with some paint chip touch-up jobs. Our two-bedroom unit has several paint chips on some walls and ceilings in our living, common bedroom, master bedroom and bathroom. The chip itself is small, sized around 1cm - 3cm. Except in the bathroom where it's rather long. We don't need to paint the whole wall or ceiling, just touch up the chips. Repaint car from 1977...just restore and paint ..not to bare metal

Need new architraves installed. 17 windows, 11 internal doors. New architraves, existing skirting (floor 92sqm) and internal doors painted. Flexible with timing.

Experienced handyman, with insurance, able to work at heights (small job replacing two deck sheets/roofing); sanding and painting around deck and front handrail, as follows. 1. Purchase and replace a two suntuf solar grey sheets on deck roofing (Sheets available from Bunnings - https://www.bunnings.com.au/suntuf-solar-grey-2-4m-polycarbonate-roofing_p1015729 2. Paint around deck ledges, deck stairs, small walls and poles under house, and hand rail (4 Litre Tin of Paint already purchased - Colour 'Monument') 3. Repair single deck beam if needed (fill and paint), which is a bit water damaged due to leaking suntuf roofing (thus needing to replace suntuf sheets). A few pictures attached. A small hole in a ceiling (from a previous light fitting being there) needs to be patched and painted. Paint colour is likely to be Calcium colour. This hole is close to where our new light fixture is so need to be careful dust and paint doesn't go onto new chandelier type light. Located in Wantirna. We don't have ceiling paint but just need something close enough to current colour so it's not so noticeable.

Need decking cleaned, some parts need sanding back and Re staining with decking oil. Total area about 50 metres square of which 25 metres square is in mostly good condition. Remaining smaller bits are exposed to weather and are worn in patches.

Need our alfresco decking cleaned and polished/painted. The wooden walkway needs cleaning and painting and a couple of broken wooden panels replaced. Need to hang 2 cupboards to in our garage.
