This is a small walled-area 4m x 4m containing a 2m x 2m spa. Leaves around 12 sqm of cement floor. One coat only required for cement. Sides of spa too be painted same colour as well as 2 pots. All being painted in Monument grey. I would expect job would take about 1 -2 hours only.

Wallpaper 2 ceilings, total about 24sqm

We provide the paint & equipment. Someone with painting experience is preferred. We also have a 10L paint sprayer. Tasks: - clean and prep the walls for painting - all walls (except bedrooms) are already white, just painting a new layer of white - bedrooms walls are coloured, hence need 2-3 layer of coat Start around 10am (6 hrs work) - preferably this coming Monday (17 May)
