[NOTES] - Stain the steps of the staircase as well - Paint the beams or door frames? No - Paint the doors? No - Paint the wardrobe doors? Yes. See attached plan. - Paint the cabinets? Yes. Sand, patch up dry wall holes, prime and paint a small ensuite. Photos attached. It had wallpaper that has now been removed. Labour only. If you have a heater to dry the coats that will be great.

Accidentally ripped off some wall paint by removing some sticky tape. Needs overpainting. I have the colour and colour details but don’t have the paint.

I have a vacant 2 bedroom apartment which I require painted using Dulux Lexicon half. The apartment was last painted entirely about 9 years ago so is looking a bit tired. NB I recently renovated the kitchen so that ceiling was painted along with the bathroom ceiling. Job is to paint the balance of the apartment. 2 coats Bedrooms, dining, living, entry area Ceiling, windows, doors, frames, skirting, includes preparation, paints and labour. Bathroom has not been painted for 10 years. Needs primer/undercoat plus one coat of wall and ceiling paint. Primer/undercoat plus wall-ceiling paint purchased at Bunnings - just need your labour, equipment and floor covering. Hi, my one bedroom apartment is in need of a touch up and a new coat of paint. It hasn’t been painted since I purchased it four years ago so it’s looking tired and in need of repair in a few places (small holes or chipping paint). The apartment is currently unfurnished. I am looking to get the walls and ceiling done. The apartment has four ‘rooms’: - kitchen - ceiling only (cupboards are excluded from scope) - living room - walls and ceiling (windows are excluded from scope) - bedroom - walls and ceiling (windows are aluminium so excluded) - bathroom - ceiling only (the rest is tiled) There are no doors between bedroom/bathroom and bedroom/kitchen/living room. Dulux colours: - vivid white for ceiling - natural white for walls No paint purchased but happy to reimburse cost.
