Need to meet Saturday morning then you will do paint job while a plasterer is in other part of house. May require two people. I’ve already done bedrooms but Saturday need to run an errand while you finish the painting of these two areas- entire lounge (large area pictured), and one entire hallway connecting rooms (medium area). Floor to ceiling just one color white for walls and trimmings. All has just been plastered and sanded, ready to go, but you’ll need to be extremely careful w floors they’re new. I need this done on the Saturday and will be back in the evening to check on final results, help finish if I have to but prefer that you bring two people as I’m moving furniture in Monday. After pulling up wallpaper on a 1960s house, discovered a lot of the walls are terrible. I can’t paint them without pretty much full plastering. Also got a dirty big hole in the garage that I’ve been told a skilled patcher can do. So, 60sqm plastering, looking to get this done over next few days maybe it’s a two-three day job for someone who is an expert. One day to plaster one day to sand. What do you charge per square meter? We have already done 1x sand with an orbital but need final sand with something like a brush sander to get more uniform, professional look
