Stair well for repainting - walls and ceiling

Roof painting. Approx 240m2 roof (Dutch Gable) to be painted after repair completed (start painting in about three weeks). Roof has solar panels and solar hot water system that must not be removed, but may be covered during painting. Roof to be cleaned. 2 coats needed.

Only need the rear window frame sanded and sprayed/painted in the vertical section between the rear door glass and rear quarter glass. See images.

Need someone to patch and sand some holes in the ceiling. Must provide what is needed.

I want to change the feature wall colour in my son's bedroom from a bright blue to a grey-blue (so will need undercoat as well). I'll supply all paint and materials, but I'm not patient enough to do a good job of the painting so hoping someone who loves painting can help me!

Just need a manhole patch painted. I don’t think it’s a big job. If it turns out the manhole needs replacing then happy to do that.

We need someone to paint our skylight. It’s pretty high, you’d need an extra tall ladder. It’s 1200cm long. Needs to be white to blend in to ceiling. Flexible on time.
