Sanding and painting, all equipment supplied . Mostly interior and some exterior of older style house. It needs sprucing up. Approximately 10 am till 4 pm. Monday to Friday. Time allowed is 3 weeks.

My parents have a display cabinet (1.6m width by 2.1m height) that is old and needs to be sanded down and repainted by a carpenter/painter or someone with building and painting experience that has the right tools to restore the cabinet. We are flexible with dates, just looking to quote up the job at the moment as my parents are unable to do the job themselves. The cabinet has a lot of wear and tear and the paint has chipped in many places (see photos). Happy for the job to be done over the course of a few days if needed and within the next three weeks is okay. My mum would like it painted in a light blue colour but we can choose the colour later on and buy the paint etc once the cabinet is ready for painting.

leak in unit above was fixed 12 months ago, there is no damp now at all. It has caused extensive paint damage and mould. We want to remove all flaking paint, treat for mould, and repaint entire kitchen/ dining (4' x 6' , 12'x8')and very small entry with our supplied paint for walls. Dulux Ultra Air white. All fixtures left in.place, not being painted. Rooms will empty.

Cleaning of mould from a washroom ceiling which is 10 x 10 feet. Can be wiped.
