In a bit of a pickle and could really use your expertise. Purchase a house with issues undisclosed - leaky roof bathrooms pool etc. Didn't have the budget to replace the whole roof so recently had new screws, whirlybirds, and iron valleys done. Saved up for few month for the final touch: a good clean, prime, and a fresh two coats of paint with Dulux, to bring it back to life. What's Needed - A deep clean of our tin roof, followed by a prime and two layers of Dulux paint to make it shine. This home means the world to us. We're hoping to not just protect it from the elements but to also make it a sight we're proud to look up to every day. Quality is a must, but we're a bit tight on budget. We believe in fair pay for amazing work but hope to find someone who can offer a friendly rate.

Pictures of already painted items will show why I need a furniture painter, not someone with just house / fence painting experience. Pictures are examples of the type of furniture to be sprayed, these pieces have already been done. I currently refurbish different items of wooden furniture. I am looking for someone who has painting experience with a sprayer to now do the painting for me. An airless sprayer would be preferred due to a finer finish and easier to get into the tight corners on some pieces. Also have everything else needed to get the jobs done eg paint, power supply, rags, chemicals, high pressure hose for cleaning equipment afterwards etc. I will have the pieces ready for painting and have the cleaning, sanding, primer coat done. Pieces include bedroom furniture, dining tables and chairs, tv units, hutches, coffee tables etc. Looking for someone who is either unemployed or has a casual job as the days I am needing you and time will all depend on how long it takes me to gather and prepare a set number of pieces needing to be painted. I may need you once a fortnight or maybe 4 times a week other times. This would be an ongoing thing for the right person. Pay will be per item completed starting from $50 for the smaller items upwards to $120 for bigger ones and take about 10-20 mins to spray each. Each item would need 2 sprays to get good coverage so would either need to be done over 2 days or same day if first layer done early enough to dry. Pricing would be discussed before each lot done. Would be between $400-$500 each lot done.
