Small wall damage. Requires filler, colour matched spot painting in a few areas.

Two rooms (Bedroom & Lounge/Dining room) required to be painted, unit has approx. 14 foot ceilings. Scope includes: - Preparation of all surfaces for painting. - Protection of wooden floor in Lounge and carpet in bedroom from paint damage. - Minor plaster repairs to cracks in walls. - Painting (2 coats minimum) of internal walls of rooms, doors, windows, ceiling and skirting boards including supply of paint, all tools and access equipment necessary to complete job. Preference for quotation based on inspection.

Painting 2 walls from grey to white, takes 2 coats (we have completed the other walls in the same space). We supply the paint and have 2 x paint rollers on extendable poles. Have ladder and brushes. The walls to be painted are highlighted yellow on the attached floor plan. 1 wall is 8.3 x 3.2m the other is 7.5 x 3.2m. Have also taken pictures of the walls.

We have 2x tall windows requiring paint stripping. Prefer if you have heat gun.

I used to have a tough pet stain on my wooden floor. I tried to clean it by soaking with hydrogen peroxide which removed the stain but in the process also stripped the wood finish and cause the patch to appear much lighter than the rest of the floor. I then tried to sand down the area and apply a light coat of wood stain but the colour still doesn’t match exactly. I need someone who can help me restore the patch to a similar colour to the rest of the floor or replace the wooden board if possible. - Due date: Before Tuesday, 16 January 2024

I want to ceramic paint the cars bonnet and some spots on the front door. The current cars coat has peeled out from some sides. The hand carwash, I've heard, can only do full car's coating, but I need it done on some spots only. The car's paint generally looks ok leaving only few spots which has oxidated. Perhaps ceramic coating spray work would do well. - Due date: Flexible
