Find an experienced local painter in North Sydney

Im looking for a professional painter to come and paint my bathroom, including cleaning and surface preparation. I will supply the paint.

Complete painting of a 2 bedroom apartment

For the purpose of cosmetics, painting ceilings and walls (fixing minor hair line cracks on walls before painting) only of a one-bedroom investment property. There is no need for painting the doors, door frames, skirting, wardrobe etc.

Sand, prepare and polyurethane ( 2 coats) wooden floor and some scotia on one side of room. Room size 8 x4 m. Sand/fill/ coat a small 2m sq wooden area in adjoining kitchen where fridge and cupboard have been relocated. House is level & has good access - all day parking available.

So this job was assigned to an Airtasker who didn’t do a good job. As you can see he painted the wall but didn’t prepare the wall before he painted. This is the risk we take with Airtasker, some people have no skills and they end up doing a job which creates more work. I will need someone to fix this. It’s very small area of 2metre wide and 0.75 metres high. We also have to paint the ceiling. I have attached the pictures for your reference. Please free to ask any questions. We need this done asap.

I need skirting boards installed in entrance / laundry areas to cover gaps between floor and bottom of wall. Removed ceramic floor tiles and cement grouting to lay vinyl planking. Actual gap is about 3cm and surface is cement from where tiles were removed. Exposed cement is pretty even but may be a couple of small rough spots which need to be smoothed / removed to get skirting board flush against wall. Also need a couple of holes in tiles filled in in one wall before skirting board put in place. May be easier to use Polyfilla or similar rather than builders bog. Patches will be getting painted later. I have 3 * 2.7m lengths of rectangular white finished trim 66mm * 11mm. Total amount of skirting to be installed is approx. 6.5m. The skirting has 15 sections and 12 corners will be needed. See diagram. Bottom 3cm of skirting board will need to bond to exposed cement and the top 3cm will need to bond to painted wall. Any gaps between the skirting board joins and wall will need to be filled. You will need to provide all tools, filler for holes, adhesive to attach skirting board and white filler for joins and any gaps between the top of installed skirting board and wall. Need a painter to: 1. repair and repaint the ceilings/cornices of the bathroom and ensuite, 2. sand and paint over two small rectangular marks (about 30cm x 40cm) in ceiling of kitchen and lounge. Two rectangular marks in Kitchen and Loungeroom: Sand/smooth the area Repaint two coats of ceiling white 3. Sand and paint a strip of about 15cm high from the carpet/ floor and 2 m long because of a water leak previously causing the paintwork to come off. Please see attached pics.
