Clean walls of 2 bedrooms in an apartment NB there is some mould spotting on some of the walls. Experienced cleaners only, will need PPE - gloves glasses mask etc. I did this a couple of months ago, it took approx 2 hours. Mould is very recent, due to high moisture in the air from the rain of recent weeks. Needs a good scrub.

Hi, we have one wall in a bedroom which needs to be patched, cleaned with sugar soap and painted. 1 coat of primer/undercoat, 2 x coats of paint. Normal sized bedroom wall, has about 6/7 holes in it from picture hooks. We will provide undercoat, paint, sugar soap. You need to provide stuff to patch and sand walls, plus brushes/rollers as required. There is also a second job, which you can quote on and do at the same time. This is to sand, undercoat and paint a timber double bed. Job likely will need to be done across 2 days to allow layers of paint to dry, I think in total it will take 1.5 days. Remove the silicon from a wall (wallpaper) and then paint it white. The wall is a little scraped. I added pictures for reference and to show the shade of white. The wall is 4m long and approximately 2.5 high.
