We’re moving out of a rental- I need 2 sets of curtains removed, screw holes patched and the wall rolled with 1 coat of paint. Also need 1 coat on the hallway wall and a small handle patch/paint, small wall. Apartment on 2nd floor has a deck approx 12 sq metres. Has some partly under cover and some exposed decking and the exposed decking needs the most work /sanding, including an area where the previous owner had a large pot. Slightly irregular shape but easy access although no external tap. I’m fairly flexible with times.
