The house exterior needs a final top coat on the walls, windows, and stairs. I DON’T require the eaves, gutters, or battens below the walls to be painted. The house has been sanded, and undercoated, and some top coated started. It is about 70% complete and now the top coat needs finishing. I’ll provide the paint. You’ll provide everything else. I’m flexible about when the task is conducted.

Our deck needs painting. This includes balustrades, railings & half walls. * The timber deck is not to be painted - just balustrades & support posts * Total surface area to be covered is approx. 71m (squared). I have two rooms (both approx 4x4m) which need a refresh. 2 coats on the walls, but the ceiling, floor trim and window trims etc do not need to be done. So cutting in around windows/trim and then rollering. Can be done at any time, but would done asap. Happy to supply paint.
